Mark Shepard - Started his controls business in 1993 while at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY completing his graduate Electrical Engineering studies, focused on Robotics and Automation.

Isaac Shepard - Joined Adaptive in 2021. Isaac has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Science minor and came to Adaptive with two years of controls engineering experience at another company as well as having years of experience with the family business.
